'Friendly man or girl at the desk. Entrance via an Italian restaurant not belonging to the hotel. Busy terrace and you have to carry your suitcases yourself about 4 steps up through the tables and waiters. No help offered. Noisy street but quiet room. In my opinion everthing was paid in advance but still unexpectedly to pay $ 30 extra charges. For one night was paid € 395 plus $ 30 which is a bit to much but Miami is known for high prices for everything.'

'We love the ABAE. I live in the area and it’s my preferred hotel for visiting friends and family. Think of it like a very nice modern apartment. Rob and Nicolas at the registration desk are very friendly and accommodating. '

'Très chouette B&B près d’Ocean Eleven. La chambre est suffisamment grande pour une ou deux nuit. Il manque de chaise par contre, de place pour mettre ses vêtements. Le cadre et décor de l’hôtel (patio) est très beau. C’est agréable d’avoir de l’eau dans les chambres et un frigo. Dommage qu’au petit déjeuner on doive choisir entre les œufs ou le pancake et qu’on ait pas la possibilité de prendre les deux 😉 Personnel sympathique '

'Upon arrival the staff are very accommodating and offered to park my car outside the hotel before it was valet so I wasn’t in a tow zone. There is resort fee as with all Miami hotels but I didn’t venture to the beach because I was there for one night on business. The room was clean, modern and large for Miami. I was concerned about noise but heard nothing. Down stairs is very cool popular restaurant and you are in walking distance for virtually everything. Las Solas Cuban restaurant is stones...

'We stayed here before a cruise out of the Port of Miami. The room was clean and the perfect place to hang out for the day. It is in walking distance of a Publix to grab any last minute items and the restaurant on the property was yummy. You can see the ships at the port from the pool floor!'

'Hotel: De kamer is heel erg schoon en netjes onderhouden. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een probleem met onze airco en dit werd de volgende ochtend gelijk verholpen. Wel zijn de kamers klein. Wij hadden met 2 personen geen fatsoenlijke plek om de koffers neer te leggen. Als gevolg hiervan konden wij niet meer langs het bed lopen. Locatie: De locatie van het hotel is perfect, kon niet beter! 5 minuten lopen van het strand (gratis huur van ligbedjes) en nog eens 5...
