Pak de familie in voor een ontspannen uitje in Palm Springs! Breng de dag door met zwemmen of drijven in het zwembad, loungen of daag de mensen uit voor een spelletje cornhole. De woestijnavonden zijn perfect voor het verzamelen rond de glazen vuurtafel met uw favoriete drankje of genieten in de spa onder de sterren.

Breng het gezin naar de Palm Springs Aerial Tramway waar je Mt. San Jacinto tot meer dan 8.000 voet om een spectaculair uitzicht op de Coachella-vallei te ervaren, iets minder dan zeven mijl afstand. Als u van de natuur houdt, ga dan naar Indian Canyons-wandelpaden (iets minder dan 13 km afstand) en wandel door rotsachtig terrein om te eindigen bij majestueuze watervallen. Iets meer dan vier mijl afstand ligt Downtown Palm Springs voor eindeloos winkelen, dineren en het nachtleven. Stayed 4 nights at the beginning of April. Super windy weather made the backyard patio furniture dusty and swimming not as enjoyable as we would have liked. Not at the fault of the owner at all. The inside of the home was tastefully decorated. Although we didn’t do any cooking while on vacation, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked and the coffee maker was appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Average neighborhood. Downtown Palm Springs was approx 11 minute drive. Thank you for the stay!

House and property was exactly as described. I had trouble with the lockbox and the management company was helpful! Gained access to the home and a property maintenance person replaced the lockbox. The home had plenty of towels, toilet paper and everything you would need in the kitchen. The pool and patio area were beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor living space every day.

The kitchen and back yard cannot be beat. the living room furniture is uncomfortable and should probably be replaced soon. beds are comfortable. The only real negative is that the Property Management company uses a lockbox that is OLD and very hard to use. the guy came to open it for us and he had to squeeze the top of the box tight before entering the code so it would open. It was ridiculous. We had to leave the house at 5am to head to the airport and there is no lighting around the lock box so I was in the dark trying to mess with something that Houdini couldn't get into. A keyless entry system isn't that expensive and should be used in place of the antiquated lockbox system. We also went to the office about 2pm to try to get early check in and were told the house was still being cleaned. we went directly to the house (about 5 minutes away) and there was nobody there cleaning. They should be honest if they don't allow early check in. HOWEVER, with the exception of Vacasa, the house was fantastic and I would recommend to my friends with a few cautionary things to be aware of.

Nice place, good location, nice kitchen,. I side clean. Need to clean outside furniture - sand/dirt. Pool policy is bad. Don't understand if allow someone with a three day stay to heat thr pool/spa, why someone staying longer can just use for three days at a time. Also no option to heat spa only. Required to do both pool and spa.

Cozy house. The only issue is rental uses vacasa as a property manager which felt sketchy because it requires me to now communicate outside of the VRBO space. I use VRBO for a reason and would prefer all of my information and interactions to stay on VRBO for safe and clear communication.

We had a great time here. There were a number of power outages, (over 5 or more that I can recall) not the property managers fault though. They were quick to respond and kept us very well updated with the city. Just became more of a nuisance while cooking or trying to sleep with the air conditioner off during the summer months. Other then that, we throughly enjoyed our stay. It did state that there were inflatables for the pool and even labels for them, but there were none. Had to request the spa remote control because it was locked up even though it stated the spa use was included.

Overall, it's Nice property but like many VRBO listings, it's starting to be very worn and that's hard to accept when the daily rate is so high. The outside furniture, in particular, was covered in dirt and stains which really made it a lot less attractive to want to lie on the loungers or sit on the outside couch. Would highly recommend they get all the outside cushions professionally cleaned or replaced. Also, while the pool is very nice, the extra charge to heat it is absolute extortion, literally triple or quadruple the actual cost (I checked with a local with a larger pool who estimated that the daily charge is actually what it would cost to heat the pool for a week). Finally, I found the property management company, Vacasa, to be very nice but really disorganized. They must have sent 5-10 texts and emails in the days leading up to our rental with basically useless info ("download our app!" etc) but the one piece of crucial info we needed (when can we check in?) absolutely nobody could give me a straight answer on. Then when we arrived, there were detailed instructions for how to operate the pool using the remote...but no remote. Called Vacasa and eventually was told "there is no remote, you download an app". Totally fine but why is there a laminated instruction card with a picture of a remote control in the house if that's NOT actually how it works? Also had to call Vacasa again when both gas tanks for the BBQ and the portable fireplace ran out on our first night using them. Again, a small thing but just symptomatic of a property management company that's on autopilot. Last call to them was about adjusting the auto timer on the sprinklers so we could use the backyard during the day. I will say that the pool is great and the yard is spacious. The house is nice inside and the kitchen in particular is spacious and easy to cook in, which was great since we were there for Thanksgiving. Overall, it really depends on how much you are paying and what your standards are. I liked our stay very much but it was very, very expensive for what it was. Your experience, however, might be different.

We had a great time over spring break at peaceful palms with our family. The house is a bit older in a quiet neighborhood, but the upgrades are nice. The pool and spa were perfect for two children under the age of 7. The house is equipped with everything you might need from extra towels, extra pillows, outdoor games and blankets. It is very windy in spring so we were informed to call the pool cleaning people if we needed extra assistance. That was a nice touch. The bathroom upgrades were very well done and each room had a TV and black out curtains to afford a nice peaceful stay. We had a chef for the week and the kitchen lacked lids for pots but overall was mostly stocked. The bbq does not have a lot of heat so most of the food had to be finished in the oven. Just a heads up if you plan on bbqing big meals. The only complaint was the back screen door that is very old and rickety. It needs to be replaced. The house has some minor wear and tear but is very comfortable and perfect for families with pups and small children. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the desert. Overall our family had a great time.

We chose this property mainly for the pool size and grass area. We were not disappointed. Met most of our expectations. House is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, bath towels, pool towels. Couldn't be better. Reason I didn't give a 5 star review was an ant problem. Went to sit on the couch, on our first evening there and ants were crawling on couch. Cleaning was not thorough enough and were crumbs under cushions and carpet. We called property manager and they offered to come next day. We decided to just vacuum and clean it ourselves. The area rugs too were not vacuumed well or at all, especially bathrooms. Living room rug had crumbs wich also brought on the ant problem. I do have to mention management handled our cleaning problem as we hoped and happy with outcome. Lastly, 2 minor things, kitchen has coffee maker with filters vs keurig, and "pool spa" has a heating option before check in but, take note, no jets available. We would definitely stay here again.
