* This is a full house, patio and pool all for your private use. No shared spaces. House is 1,390 sq ft not including all outside area.
The space
Sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer in this stylishly updated 60’s style home. This charming property is 3 bedrooms/2 baths and boasts spectacular mountain views. The large lot has plenty of outdoor space for entertaining or relaxing. Pick your favorite spot: the pool, the fire pit or the hot tub!

The interior of the home has been updated throughout with a tasteful, mid-century vibe. Fully furnished, the property has a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and laminate flooring.

- Rooms: All 3 bedrooms have a queen bed, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a flat screen TV. If some guests do not want to share a bed, I have 2 queen size air mattresses that are available upon request. The maximum occupancy is still 6 people and it is strictly enforced.

Key things to know:

Pool heating is the only expense that is extra and optional. (only recommend during winter months)
- I'm only passing the cost which is $80 fee per day with a minimum of 2
days since one day does not cover the cost of heating 20,000 gallons.
- If want the pool heated:
1. Send me a V----" @Ludiel-Santana " for the total amount Days
multiplied by $80. You can send the amount through Airbnb if you
want.
2. Send me a message that you want pool heating and the amount
has been sent
3. I don't benefit from this fee. It is up to the guest to initiate the
request and send the payment.
4. Once payment is received I will let my house coordinator know to
turn on the heating for the pool. It takes at least 12 hours to heat
prior to arrival.
