To the right is a den with a comfortable L-shaped couch and a 49” Smart TV with a Roku and Bose soundbar. Continue into the colorful dining and kitchen area, featuring high-end appliances and an open layout. The 6-person dining table waits for nightly gatherings around a meal or board game There’s additional seating for 3 at the island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Wander through the double French doors that seamlessly connect the indoor areas to the outdoor courtyard.
