'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit appartement. Het is een heel fijn appartement met parkeergelegenheid. De keuken is ruim voorzien en er is een grote woonkamer aanwezig. De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '

'The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!'

'We really enjoyed staying in this property. The hosts are first rate and have thought of everything - and the location is superb. Perfect for Universal Hollywood in particular - which was our main reason for visiting. The thoughtfulness of providing groceries on arrival sets this property, and specifically its owners, apart from other rentals. 'La ubicación del lugar es muy hermoso, muy tranquilo, céntrico de Los Angeles, solo un pequeño detalle que no tiene estacionamiento propio. De 8:00 am a 6:00 pm no pudes estacionarte en esa calle debes pagar un permiso para ello. Eso fue lo que quizas no fue de mi agrado, pero todo bien en los demás.'

'We enjoyed our three nights here it was conveniently located and only about a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios. We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. 'Our son is at Gnomon, a college specializing in animation and computer aided design in the heart of Hollywood. Our stay at this lovely one bedroom apartment high in the hills but only 10 minutes or less from our son was absolutely perfect. We love to hike and less than 200 yards from this place was a trail that led down to the Hollywood reservoir or up to Mulholland drive. The view was lovely, the night air cool and the surroundings tranquil. one couldn't ask for anything more.'

'Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.'

'Very nice above garage apartment in a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed a short walk in the mornings to grab a latte at a neighborhood coffee shop. Michelle was very helpful in recommending restaurants, etc. Will book again in the future!'

'I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! '

'The place worked well for us and our visit with our daughter who lives in Sierra Madre. Had some issues with the upstairs unit moving furniture in the late evening several nights. Overall it met our needs and was easy to use.'
