'Great stay. Nice spacious room. Larger than average fridge. Lots of lighting, which was really nice. Friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Only complaint: the pool and hot tub were really small, and both the hot tub and the pool room itself were really hot. Didn't stay long because of that. But other than that, a lovely visit. '

'Every Staff member that I encountered was happy, friendly, and helpful. Check in was quick. Room service was great and friendly. Kitchen staff for breakfast was so kind to us . When my family woke up late for breakfast we hurried down stairs to eat and they waited for us to make and get what we wanted to eat and they were so friendly. I requested a late check out and they were able to help me. The rooms were do spacious. I will be coming back to stay!!!!!!!!'

'Nieuw ogend hotel. Teleurstelling was dat het zwembad was gesloten i.v.m. het seizoen. We hadden een hele mooie kamer met super fijne bedden en uitzicht op het zwembad van het naastgelegen hotel. (Wat dus wel in gebruik was.) Ontbijt was een diepe teleurstelling. Geroosterd brood of bagel en een wafel apparaat wat constant in gebruik was door het beperkte aanbod.
Als je liever geen ontbijt aanbied, doe het dan beter helemaal niet. Jammer voor zo'n mooi hotel.'

'Amazing and friendly Staff. Checkin was a breeze even when I used a gift card which usually causes complications. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant was fast and really good food. They even gave us the option to deliver to our room. Lots of parking and beautiful lobby and surrounding gardens. Water, cookies and hot drinks free in the lobby. Breakfast was top notch. This is our fav place to stay every year we come to BC. '

'We stayed at eight hotels this trip and Sleep Inn Provo was the best by far. I found nothing wrong. We were early, about a half-hour before check-in time. No Problem. Nice BIG room, big soft bed, big TV, big tub. The Mrs. liked the layout: the vanity/sink wasn't in the same room as the toilet.
We went to the pool, and it too was excellent; sparkling clean, not too cold (and deserted). The hot tub actually worked! Big cabana towels too.
