It doesn't get much more central than this
Excellent hotel, located on the main square of Pamplona. Very nice rooms, good breakfast (tip: share the breakfast, its enough for 2 persons)

What I liked was the location. What I did not like was the room we were given. The room had no windows only a skylight. Only a view of the sky and rain. It had to be the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in. The whole purpose of staying at the hotel is its location and view of the central plaza. Although I called the hotel to request a room on the square . I was told that all the rooms had views. On arrival we were told it would be an additional 150 Euros a night to get a room with a view. It is rated as a 5 star hotel in Spain - which it definitely is not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was beautiful. However, the beds were not comfortable and the heater was on the entire time without the possibility of using A/C. We tried to cool off the room by opening the windows but the noise outside was too much.

This is a lovely 5* property. Well located on a central square. Staff helpful and friendly. Valet parking. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Room large and comfortable - we had view over the square and got to watch the Epiphany parade in the square from our balcony. Internet connection worked well. Dining room closed for dinner at the time we were there. Only issue is that for breakfast, you order what you want, which is tough since the (friendly and helpful) waitress spoke only Spanish. (I would have preferred a buffet.) Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again.

Dear Mr. Brurberg, it gives us great sadness to receive your comment describing the hotel as horrible. On arrival we had a reservation for two people and he tells us on arrival that there were three. You say our staff didn't treat you well. If this was as you say, I apologize.You were allocated a room superior to the one you had booked and an extra bed was placed for the third person at a reduced price. During your stay you were apologized and on the occasion of your birthday you were given a bottle of cava.We all make mistakes in life and try to correct our mistakes and we apologize for something you didn't appreciate when you rated the hotel as horrible.We're really sorry.A greeting from La Perla

Five starts are not enough to give to this hotel and their friendly staff. The location, unmatched, the vibe, incredible. The rooms are beyond spacious and confortable. the bathroom is the best we experienced in Europe and they offer the most incredible toiletries. The staff was helpful and super friendly, the breakfast delicious. I can't wait to go back!

A gem of a property. Beautiful very helpful and friendly staff. Central location. BIG bathroom and shower. Very clean. Hemingway even gave it 5 stars and I agree. Looking forward to my next stay.

It's a beautiful properties with all the amenities. Very luxourious. One note. The bed we slept on was hard/did not conform to our bodies so not the most comfortable.

The hotel is marvelous as well as the staff. I haven’t been to a place like this in a long time. The staff has done wonders to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely come back if I return to Pamplona

Fantastic hotel in the center of Pamplona
Huge room with beautiful shower and bathroom in the center of Pamplona. Historic hotel that overlooks the main plaza of the village on one side and one of the streets for the encierro on the other. All the major streets with pintxos bars within a couple of minutes away.

No es facil estacionarse y no hay información para el viajero que llega en auto. Nos tuvimos que estacionar en la plaza de toros y llevar las maletas hasta el hotel. Eso no es vip acess. Por lo demás el personal es amable

Estimada Lilia, Sentimos muchísimo la situación en la que se encontraron a su llegada el hotel. En primer lugar le pedimos disculpas. A continuación le explicamos nuestro protocolo para que no se dé la circunstancia que le ocurrió a su llegada.Cuando nosotros confirmamos cada reserva, eviamos las instrucciones para poder llegar hasta la puerta del hotel sin problemas. Una vez que el coche está en la puerta, descargamos el equipaje y aparcamos su coche. Cada vez que lo necesite, se lo acercamos a la puerta.cada mañana llamamos por teléfono a cada huésped, nos informamos de cómo va su viaje y le ofrecemos su ayuda para todo lo que pueda necesitar. Al realizar su reserva por el canal que la hizo, su teléfono era erróneo y no pudimos comunicarnos con usted.Gracias por su confianza en nosotros y un saludo desde La Perla.
