The living room has a NEW large 50 Inch LCD TV and a DVD player. Queen size sleeper sofa. With floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, with access to the balcony.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, marble floors with beautiful details, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors with direct access to the balcony also. LCD TV.

Master bath room offers dual vanities and a large garden shower/tub combo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests very comfortably!

Long Beach Resort features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage and 24 hour gated security. Onside availability of beach chair and umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para sailing, banana boat rides and more.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

We enjoyed our stay as we always do at Long Beach, it's really the best beach resort! I read previous reviews about this condo and still booked despite small issues reported. The condo was indeed very clean, great job on that. The front door has been painted. TVs were newer and worked great. Plenty of towels, enough cookware and dishes. Couple of fixes I would still suggest: - Bathroom faucet and shower faucet need to be fixed or replaced, they don't work properly and shower really needs water temp regulation like previously stated by others. - Ac vent in bedroom rattles when air kicks on. - Patio furniture is really rusted and needs replacing. Again these are small fixes that can be done to make this condo better. Still enjoyed our stay!

We had a nice safe visit the unit is in need of updating for the kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to bring all your essentials toilet paper Kleenex cork screw salt and pepper no little extra pretty bare bones would have liked to be more prepared. Everything worked well. Best beach experience ever.

Unit has a foul odor. TV does not work. Everything, including electronics, is dated. Left early since the situation was not satisfactory. Have been trying for 3 days to contact the property manager to work out a refund due to the early departure. He has not responded to my email and 2 messages from the representative in the Emerald Coast office. This is the wrong unit. We were transferred to Boardwalk, room 1504, since we were origionally put into an area we did not want and were not given a choice of what and where. A contact from a responsible person will be appreciated to resolve this unpleasant situation. Reservation # 49651

The unit could definitely use some upgrades and maintenance. A coat of paint on the front door would go a long way. Bed seemed worn and possibly broken, uncomfortable sofa and the absolute bare minimum in kitchen utensils/dishes/cook ware. It served it’s purpose and we did have a nice stay.

The resort was great. Elevators working good never had much wait. Pools/hot tubs nice seen clean. The condo was okay. Great had beach chairs but needed beach towels. We didn’t cook only used microwave. The dishes/ silverware could use more but the pans were very used and the pizza pan had rust on it. However I would rent again it had everything close plus I was there for the beach and pools mostly.

The view is amazing, needed items are supplied, like kitchen utensils, bathroom, bedding. The problems were, the 1 of 2 elevators worked and with only the up button, which was hot if having to go up several floors, then down, the AC drain tubing got clogged and I had to scoop water out of the overflow pan, could had caused flood problem, but called maintenance at 830, then called the management office after 10, we did our day and was repaired when we returned. Overall, Very nice place to stay. We did leave some items that we didnt want to pack, we did mostly use items we brought to save for next people. We also forgot 2 pillow cases on the bed, not a big deal. More handicap parking spots would be nice also.

Overall a nice place, great location and view. Unit needs new shower cartridge as water was either scalding or cold. No balcony lock either. Adequately equipped in kitchen and unit very clean. Would go back with known fixes complete.

Well I wish I would have trusted the reviews previously written. The two reviews prior to mine I didn’t see until we arrived at the condo… And at that point we had already paid in full so we were stuck. The management company obviously doesn’t care about these reviews but if you’re looking to book please look elsewhere. i’ll start off with the view is incredible. There are four towers in this property and the lobby of the tower we were in (2) smelled terrible every single day. It was mopped and doors were wiped down… But the smell was there each day. I was told this was not a problem in the other towers. Overall my husband and I were very disappointed in this place. We even debated taking it is a loss and staying at a hotel. However cleaning it ourselves and buying our own bedding we are able to “deal with it”. Here are my notes: -door handle broken and hanging down on patio door -floor completely filthy. Had black feet upon entering. -comforter was disgusting… Went out and bought our own -pillows in the closet completely yellow -two pillows put on the bed. Also yellow underneath pillowcase -we went out and purchased all new pillows, hopefully the next guests enjoy some clean pillows. - stains on bed sheets - Prior to booking, I contacted the management company on here about water temperature in the shower because of a poor review… They assured me there was no water temperature issue. Well, there was. As much water comes out of the showerhead as it does at the faucet. Also limited hot water. It eventually gets freezing cold. Hope you take quick showers! And can let the water warm back up in between people. Imagine that with a toddler. -countertops and tables were clearly not wiped down before we arrived -couch is completely unusable… Not only is it disgusting, The cushions angles down toward the front basically you’re sitting on the frame of the couch. -The photos of the property on VRBO do not accurately represent this condo. They are clearly very old pictures. -dresser drawers broken (fall to the floor when you attempt to open) - we put sheets over couch and chair to sit on all week. Stay somewhere else if cleanliness is important to you.

Couch was so uncomfortable falling in had to use pillows to sit on. Not very clean. No ice machine in refrigerator. Balcony tables were dirty. The shower you can only use real hot or real cold water. Horrible shower. Sinks were grimy with a white film of some sort. I had to clean before even staying. The lady who cleaned had her 2 kids with her. They left sodas in the freezer we got before they busted open. The floors were filthy. Hair and black specks of something on the back of the commode. Fake plants have an inch of dust/dirt on them. Door handle broke first time opening to balcony. Bed was ok. Seceral drawers in the bedroom were broke off unable to use. The red chair In the livingroom had filth on the back of it and it tips easily when trying to get up. Will not stay in this room again ever!

Everything about this place was really nice. The only complaint I have is we either had to take a scalding hot shower that would eventually just turn cold on you or take a cold shower. There was no in between. It was pretty miserable. If I m not mistaken I ready a review from a previous tenant that stayed here recently and they had the same issue. This needs needs be taken care of before continuing to rent. I would have called someone during our stay but I didn't want people working in our room while on vacation.

When you enter the condo you smell mildew right away. There was mildew on the doors, bathroom, etc. Faucet and shower curtain in the bathroom was broke. Not a lot Of kitchen utensils. The condo needs a deep and cleaning and some updating. It was a great location.

The condo needs a remodel but it worked for 2 adults for a week. The shower got frustrating by the end of the week, the temperature was next to impossible to regulate. Basically, it was either hotter than hell or cold as ice. Grin and bear it, which we did. The view from the balcony was amazing! We definitely will be staying at this same Resort next year. Long Beach is wonderful and we’ll book a room at this Resort again for sure! Thank you!!

Great location, beautiful view from balcony. Complex was great, nice that it includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Need me new stove and pots and pans. Cleaning crew does not clean very well. Sand all over floors, area rugs dirty and visuals stains on comforter, had to remove from bed since it was dirty. Windows needs to cube cleaned as well.

The room is very dated. The shower goes from extremely hot to extremely cold. There is no in between. And you run out of hot water within 10 minutes. If you plan to cook, this is not the room for that. All of the eyes on the stove are warped and you can’t cook anything evenly.

The property was sufficient if you plan to only sleep there. The bed was very comfortable. Nothing else was impressive. I sent property manager an email stating our disappointment on a number of issues. He sent a guy over to change the air filter (it was so nasty) and someone later dropped off some new frying pans (LOL-nice gesture, but 4 days in is a little late, especially when my list was a mile long)....condensation dripping from vents, layer of dust on everything, dirty floors (bottle cap behind end table, stuffed animal under a chair, mountain dew bottle behind nightstand, tissue under the bed—clearly nothing moved to truly sweep/vacuum.), shower/tub dirty with shower curtain literally hanging by strings, faucet was faulty as you either got scalding hot or freezing cold—no way to adjust flow, plus the hot would quickly run out, balcony was dirty and doors were very hard to open; the placement of TVs on the wall is at odd angle and viewing is not optimal, plus limited channels and no instructions on how to operate (aggravating when it rained daily and confined to unit); lighting in bathroom very dim (bought 2 100 watt bulbs so we could see); dryer settings required multiple cycles to dry clothes; no extra blankets or towels (glad we brought our own); not marble floors as indicated in one description—floors were a type of marble looking vinyl tiles though kitchen was ceramic tile with several cracked; refrigerator was missing a shelf and had 3 ice trays (no ice maker); stove was rusty; cabinets clearly need replacing as doors are loose and particle board beginning to come unpressed and breaking apart in places; front door rusted and unwelcoming; lamp shades broken; sink/drain plugs either don’t work or are missing; very limited selection of pots & pans, utensils, and mismatched/hodge/podge collection of plates, glasses, cutlery. Coffee pot was only appliance I used daily. Our stay was frought with disaster—besides disappointment with the overall unit, it rained everyday, a woman drowned, the beach area was heavily trafficked and dirty, lots of seaweed and trash, the walkways were never swept, standing water in walkways; elevators were stinky yet they were fast when working. Footnote: we stayed at LongBeach Resort in 2001 and were blownaway at the true luxury and pristine condition of the resort; we returned to Long Beach in 2021–twenty years later under the guise of staying at a luxury resort only to see 20 years of neglect.
