La Valencia "TLC4" (bad met 4 bedden en 3 slaapplaatsen 12)

Moet ouder zijn dan 25 jaar om een reservering te maken. Het lagerhuis 'TLC 4' is vier slaapkamers, drie badkamers, gelegen op de begane grond is geschikt voor maximaal 12 personen. Een grote volledig uitgeruste keuken, een eethoek, een woonkamer met een queensize slaapbank, leiden allemaal naar de grote patio aan het strand die de breedte van het huis vergroot.
De hoofdverdieping Master suite beschikt ook over een kingsize bed, een zithoek en een ruime eigen badkamer. U zult zeker genieten van het ligbad, de inloopdouche en de prachtige wastafels in de eigen badkamer. De eerste gast slaapkamer is voorzien van een queensize bed en een complete badkamer. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de vierde slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. De derde en vierde slaapkamers delen een grote Jack & Jill-badkamer. Er is ook een set ingebouwde stapelbedden in de gang naast de eerste gastenslaapkamer. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een flatscreen-tv. Beide huizen zijn uitgerust met een wasmachine en droger en er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar.
Er zijn adembenemende uitzichten op het strand en de Golf van Mexico vanaf alle verdiepingen en vanaf het uitgestrekte dek dat naar de suikerwitte zandstranden leidt. Een grill is ook beschikbaar voor uw gemak. Als onderdeel van de La Valencia-gemeenschap heeft het Complete TLC-huis toegang tot het privézwembad aan de golfkant en verlichte tennisbanen.

Family Fun

Tequilla Sunrise is a beautifully decorated beach house and we loved staying there. However a few things could make is almost perfect. The pantry is locked so no where to put any food or supplies in the kitchen. Also no furniture in the bedrooms for clothes -such as dressers or chest. Also the closet was locked in the Queen bedroom upstairs so absolutely no where to put clothes or luggage etc. not even night stands. TVs in the bedrooms would be helpful also. We stayed for several days at the house and it's a great location. Great view and close to wonderful restaurants. There were plenty of bathrooms which was a plus! But many closets were locked and there were no hangers. So bring your own if you need them. It advertises that it sleeps 14, but there were not linens to put on the sofas once they were pulled out. So i don't feel it truly sleeps 14 and it made for tight sleeping arrangements with 8 adults and 1 child. Also the pier out to the beach was in poor condition and needed repair. One of the steps was rotted and a plank on the walkway fell while my mom was walking in it. Luckily she didn't get hurt. Once the pier is repaired, i do think the condo is a great place to stay. Just make sure to bring sheets if you need the sofa.

Magical place

Our family absolutely loved staying at Rosemary Villa. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach, just steps away. It was perfect for our family of 6. Views and sunsets were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Vacation 2022

We wanted a house right on the beach for a family vacation. The location could not have been better. The view from the porch and access to the beach was perfect. Layout was perfect for a family get away and the hot tub was an added benefit at night after playing in the waves all day. We will definitely be back. We had a couple of issues while staying there but Todd responded immediately and took care of the issues. Todd and his wife were extremely nice and easy to work with. Thank you for making our family 2022 vacation a wonderful experience!

Great family vacation

We had 3 families stay here for a great family vacation. There were a few issues when we arrived and Todd responded immediately. He lives close by so easy for him to address anything. A few of the pictures are old on the listing. The TV room actually has way more seating which worked out nice for us to all gather. I will warn the upstairs rents a 5 bedroom, 18 occupancy rental that can get loud and the driveway be crowded. Their were several beach chairs and toys there for us to use. You can also contact companies that will deliver and set beach chairs/umbrella up daily for you. The front door is on the left side of the house, there is about two sets of 4 steps. I add this because with aging parents this was important not to have too many steps. The steps to the beach was two sets of 10. You can also walk down the street like 2 houses and have a completely flat access to the beach via the public beach entrance. You don't get your directions to access the house until an hour before you check-in. I like to be sure I have everything before we take off so that was a bit different. The keypad door made it nice to not have to keep up with keys.

Overall, our stay was good. The area was nice and quiet and less crowded on the beach. Close and convenient to “town” too. We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the kids playing at the beach. Close walk! Also very convenient! The only issue was the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t as clean as I would have liked. The kitchen could use a little upgrade.
