Mistral 10- Gulf Front - Seacrest Beach

U zult genieten van dit charmante appartement direct aan de Golf van Mexico! Professioneel ingericht met indrukwekkende afwerkingen, Mistral 10 is een plek om op het balkon te zitten en te genieten van warme golfbriesjes en zonsondergangen. Deze prachtige 2e verdieping unit is 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, high-end kasten, armaturen en granieten werkbladen. De woonkamer is smaakvol ingericht en comfortabel en biedt lederen stoelen, een 47-inch flatscreen-tv en gratis WiFi.

De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met mooi beddengoed en een zachte matras voor een goede nachtrust. Om de verwennerij compleet te maken, heeft de slaapkamer een 32-inch flatscreen-tv aan de muur, voor late nachten en luie ochtenden. De ingebouwde stapelbedden bieden hun eigen ruimte, evenals een tweepersoons slaapbank voor extra gasten. De luxe badkamer biedt een prachtig betegelde inloopdouche. Voor extra gemak bevinden zich een wasmachine en droger op ware grootte.

Dit volledig gerenoveerde appartement biedt een gratis strandstoel-service van 1 tot 31 oktober. Op het strand staan twee stoelen en een parasol voor u klaar, als het weer het toelaat.

Mistral Condominiums zijn gelegen tussen Rosemary Beach en Seagrove Beach waardoor u snel toegang heeft tot een verscheidenheid aan winkel- en eetgelegenheden langs de kust. Het 19-mijl geplaveide fietspad dat parallel loopt aan de gehele lengte van de schilderachtige snelweg 30A, is gunstig gelegen tegenover dit complex.

Relaxing stay on the beach

The condo was well maintained and had all amenities. The beach view was beautiful and the beach was easily accessible. The management company stayed in touch to make sure we did not have any problems. I would recommend this property.

Great location - okay condo

We loved the location and the complex overall. There are a few things would have been helpful to know before we arrived. Hope this helps someone else. Pros - - laundry in the condo was great! 2 pods provided for use. - lots of pillows and linens/bath towels - easy check in and check out with the key pad - good communication with management - beach chairs and umbrella set up everyday was fantastic. - fridge has a freezer ice maker (didn’t know this and was great to find!) - kitchen has both a keurig and regular coffee machine. Also good to know! - vacuum included which was great for cleaning up sand. - toiletry bathroom kit and kitchen kit were so convenient Cons - - deck slopes and feels unsafe - top bunk bed doesn’t have a railing to keep someone from falling out (the bar there is in line with the mattress) so our kids couldn’t use the top bunk. They slept on the pullout couch instead. But something should be added here for safety. - no beach towels included so need to bring own or buy down there. - no salt/pepper on hand. - only one roll of toilet paper supplied. Had to buy more. - garbage only have one bag available so had to use grocery bags for trash. - no beach toys or anything like that available.

I would not rent here as I feel they have poor business practices. Sadly, I got Covid 2 days before my trip and was told “too bad too sad” and lost my trip and all my money. I was looking to reschedule for the off season or some voucher. Nope! Nothing!!! Just “get the insurance next time!!”

Mistral 10

Have stayed here twice. Condo is great and can’t beat location and view. One thing…items in condo are sparse…no salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also only 1 wine glass, which is fine if only one person drinks wine lol. These are just a few small things that don’t really affect the stay, just would be nice if they were provided. Btw, beach chairs are included.

the good, the bad and the ugly...

two preliminaries... my wife and I have stayed in Destin before but have never stayed in 30A... I don't usually write detailed reviews like this but felt I needed to here... the good - the property's location can't be beat...oceanfront, private beach, great ocean view from back deck (although to be honest this would likely be true for many properties along 30A) the bad - promised WiFi sporadic at best, mostly non-existent...constant rebooting of modem (often failed)...dropped calls/missed calls and texts...TV often didn't work ...non-WiFi internet non-existent (possibly due to ocean?) so WiFi extremely important...other renters encountered same issue...responses to other reviews blame provider...doubtful, most likely cable or wiring needs replacement the ugly - property management...took two days to respond to WiFi complaint...said they would "come and look"...someone "came and looked" at modem, did nothing and left...no further response...back deck sliding door impossible for my wife to open and hard for me...was asked if I removed safety bar (seriously?)...no further response...never reported other minor issues...what was the point? would recommend for location...unit was nice...I suspect there are other properties in the area that would offer the same thing for the money (or less)

Only reason to stay here is the view.

Absolutely incredible view of the gulf !!! But unit is small and dated. My wife slept in the hall bunk bed after the first night because the master bed was so uncomfortable. Bedroom closet was full of stuff so could only hang a few things. No place in bedroom for your clothes. Sliding glass door is quite difficult to open/close. We were celebrating our anniversary but there was only one wine glass. But the view of the gulf was fabulous!!!

Memorial Day Weekend

Got this place for some girlfriends and I to spend Memorial Day weekend and it was great. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed a a Mistral Condo and it was fantastic as expected. Ideal location and so easy to just walk on the beach. Love coming to Mistral!

Great communication.

Ceiling leaking above toilet in bathroom. Benchmark responded to call immediately on Easter Sunday and sent a plumber to fix the problem. Lived with a section of ceiling exposed for the week (necessary evil). Water knocked out a different time that week by a worker fixing deck. 5 hours that afternoon/evening with no water was annoying, but things happen. All and all not our favorite trip, but we love Mistral and its location. Views can't be beat.

Perfect quiet getaway spot with a great view!

Location, price point and amenities met our needs exactly. Unit was clean, well equipped and convenient to everything we needed. Needed a change of scenery during Covid times and we were not disappointed. Spent most of the week on the beach or on the balcony. Feeling well rested and ready for 2021. Would definitely rent again!

Owner needs different Property Mgmt!

First let me start by stating we had a good trip. There were some hiccups but it didn't completely ruin our trip. We have stayed at several units in Mistral so we knew what to expect for the most part of the unit. The furniture, bedding, and kitchen are all done well. Our first sign that something was a miss was coming into the unit. Someone was there and finishing up what wasn't completed earlier in the day. When it came time to go to bed....to our surprise the bunk beds were not made. The linens were underneath the pillow. So we proceeded to make the beds for we go to sleep. The next morning we head down to the beach and were expecting 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas as stated when we secured the unit. But no only 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. I called Garrett Reality and was told that I would need to call the chair service. So, I call the chair service and they proceed to tell me that they are only contracted to set out 2 chairs or this unit NOT 4. And that he is frustrated with the reality company because this is a reoccurring problem. I then call back Garrett Reality to see about getting this solved as we have 4 people and didn't bring chairs since they were to be provided in our rental agreement. I was told someone would call me back ASAP and they would get this figured out. NEVER did I get a return call and we NEVER had the four chairs. This made for a frustrating trip down to the beach everyday as four people had to share two chairs. THEN, two days into our four day trip we were up from the beach to eat lunch and someone from Garrett Reality just walked right into the unit!!! Just let themselves in!! The individual wanted to give us a parking pass?!?! What? We had been there for two days and already had a parking pass! She turned around and walked out. We were shocked!! The unit is good and worth the stay but the reality company that is managing this unit did a poor job. We shouldn't have to make beds upon arrival. We should get the number of chairs stated in the unit rental. And NO one should EVER enter the unit unannounced. Hope the owner of the unit seeks out someone else to manage their property.

Great vacation!
