Welcome to Seychelles 205, Panama City Beach, 2 two-bedroom 2 two-bath condo that sleeps 5.  Seychelles has very few units with a beachfront master suite and that is what makes this unit so special!  With  FULL water views from your bed and access to the balcony.   ​Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the most beautiful beaches!!  Sip your favorite cocktail while watching the sunset. Being on the second floor, you feel as one with the pool and the sand and do not have to depend on elevators. ​ Seychelles is a smoke-free property. ​ Property amenities include: Two Pools, a Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking, and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! ​  Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull-out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

NOTE:

Per HOA, Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a
parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout
dates are listed below:

May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

Don't waste your time here. The condo is old, filthy, and not well-kept. The $190 housecleaning fee is a joke. Nothing about this condo was clean. We spent the first hour of our vacation trying to clean the place, It was difficult since the vacuum was broken, & we had to provide cleaning supplies.

It was fine probably wouldn’t stay at that specific room longer than 3 nights. The room was a lot smaller than expected. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. But we spent most of our time on the beach.

AMAZING views!

We absolutely loved staying here! The views are amazing--literally steps from both a heated pool AND the beach. It was super easy to access parking, and to get in and out of the condo! Definitely will stay again.

Our rental was so nice. Everything was very clean, which was awesome considering we have a 1 year old. This was the best property management group I’ve EVER rented through. I didn’t have to reach out for anything. I received multiple communications days leading up to the trip. Everyone was extremely nice and very responsive. Easily to rent. Clean and comfortable. Ocean front view. Resturant next door and one on the other side of next condo next door, makes for a great grab and drink. Short distance from multiple nice places to eat and shop without getting in the congestion of things. Will definitely rent here again!

The condo was exactly as described. The space was very comfortable and the views were great. At first we were worried about noise levels with being so close to the pool, but the thickness of the windows and sliding glass door kept outside noise very, very minimal.

Condo is in a great location for the beach, pool, restaurants, shopping, and the view was fantastic. Everything worked perfectly as described. The management team from Tori's was excellent. No hic-cups!
