Dit appartement is volledig gerenoveerd van boven naar beneden, van voren naar achteren! Prachtig uitzicht op de Golf vanuit de keuken, woonkamer en achterterras! Deze eigenschap is een droom voor strandliefhebbers!

Deze accommodatie ligt net ten oosten van Seagrove Beach en ten westen van Camp Creek, "in het midden van alles" dat Scenic 30A te bieden heeft! Natuurlijk zijn de prachtige stranden de topattractie, maar Seagrove is ook de thuisbasis van 2 kustduinmeren (Eastern Lake en Deer Lake) die perfect zijn voor kajakken, paddleboarden en eco-sploring. Net als de rest van 30A, is Seagrove ook de thuisbasis van vele restaurants in lokale handen met de lokale vangst, boetiek en winkels met speciale winkels, zijn er verschillende golfbanen in de buurt en het gemak van een full-service Publix-winkel ligt verscholen achter de weelderig groen dat de gemeenschap te bieden heeft.

Als al het bovenstaande niet genoeg is, dan is Destin, dat bekend staat als "het gelukkigste vissersdorp ter wereld", slechts 20 mijl naar het westen.

Wonderful and much needed vacation

It is a beautiful condo and was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We truly loved everything about it. My only complaint would be the washer and dryer. They need to be replaced. I only needed it for towels but they took hours to dry. My husband tried cleaning out the vents but it didn’t help. Other than that it’s a 10/10 and I highly recommend and intend to return next year.

Fantastic Stay

I loved everything about our stay. The condo was as pictured, and having direct access to the beach was amazing. The only complaint I have (that I believe is mentioned in other reviews), is the state of the couch cover in the living room. It was very dirty and I highly recommend replacing it. We covered it with one of the blankets in the closet so all was good. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Location

This location was beautiful. The condo building is quite old. We really enjoyed our stay and love this location however I am giving 4 stars only because the first initial day that we arrived our condo was not clean. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the strong smell of mold. There was mold throughout the condo on the ceilings and especially by the AC vents. Management was responsive to my concern. Also, the internet did not work whatsoever either on our first day. The following morning they sent out a technician to replace the router. Someone was also sent out to clean the mold but we had a running humidifier in the bedroom the whole stay that we had to pour out buckets full of water from the moist. Our main concern was the lack of cleanliness and growing mold which made us fearful to even sleep there the first night if it did not get fixed. For the price we pay to stay in a beachfront condo for 7 nights I would expect more attention to detail because cleanliness of a place you are going to sleep, eat, breathe, and lounge around in should at least be upkept to a higher standard.

Overall really great!

We had a great time at this condo and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working but after contacting the rental company they brought us a bag of ice to keep in the freezer! I do wish the kitchen was better stocked. We couldn’t find scissors and there was only one small pot holder, no oven mitts. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely come back!

The interior of the condo was very well done. The easy access to the beach was the best. Open the sliding glass door and walk down a few stairs and you’re on the beach. I’d recommend this place!

Great location

Great location and access to the beach. Also has a private patio. Beautifully decorated. Bedroom dressers smelled strongly of mildew and we were unable to unpack suitcases, which was not a huge issue. But the mildew smell was strong enough that I usually slept on the living room sofa. Maybe that is the case in all of Florida due to humidity but it was off putting.

Very convenient to a private beach!

The unit was perfect for just me and my husband. It was updated and very clean and just steps from a beautiful private beach. It was only a few miles from Seaside and Rosemary Beach and many restaurants.

We stayed in #2 which was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were amazing. The only complaint I would have is maneuvering the parking and the sign needs to be closer to the road and better lighting around it.

This is a beautiful condo rental! Perfect for two people! Check in was easy ( keyless door code) and the property was identical to the pictures posted! Very clean. Right on 30 A just a short drive to rosemary and Alys beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, we selected based on VRBO pics and reviews. We were very pleased. It was as represented on the site. Location was awesome with easy access to restaurants along 30A. View of beach from condo was blocked by the dunes, but 20 steps to the crossover and the sugar white beach and crystal clear water were beautiful. Would definitely come back.

Nothing short of amazing!

My wife and I have rented numerous condos in the Destin and 30a areas over the years. This one by a lot tops them all. From the booking process through the end of our stay, we felt truly well cared for. This place is amazing in how it is styled and decorated. It was immaculate and every detail in it was really well thought out. I can honestly say that we have no complaints whatsoever and we cannot wait to rent this condo again in the near future! The location was exactly where we wanted to be, right on the beach where there are no crowds to deal with. This was the perfect trip, thanks to this wonderful place. We could not recommend it more!

Good location but property needs a good deep cleaning.

Good location but water is not visible from the unit due to overgrown shrubs in front of window. Property is cozy but needs a thorough deep cleaning. We lost all water twice during the stay. First time due to a neighborhood outage then due to sand in the lines. Water was out the better part of one day.
