'Studio was immaculate upon arrival. No issues at all. Host was attentive to any questions we had. Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Close to just about everything you could possibly need. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Hilo for a reasonable price.'

'Pros: I liked the location. There was easy access to Puna, Volcano NP, and Hilo. The owner gave me a 5 minute spiel on the property. Everything was in working order. Cons: I stayed at 4 different VRBO properties during my stay on the Big Island. All property owners except this one provided directions, check in instructions and check out instructions. You won't get that. And the directions are not intuitive at all. So I will do the property owner's job for him and hopefully save you frustration...

However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion.
