Right Next To Main Street
This property was amazing! We were able to walk to main street several times. It has AC in Park City. The hot tub was relaxing. The Brevel espresso maker was a super nice touch. Lastly, the host was great to communicate with and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

Great location for skiing and town
This was a great location for not only easily getting to the slopes, but easily walking into town. We love to the location. Everything in the home was set up well and was clean. We would definitely use this home again for a ski adventure.

Excellent ski lodge in amazing location!
This was an excellent location and great ski lodge! Quick walk to both ski lifts and main street with restaurants and bars. PC rentals was incredibly responsive and great to work with! Would 10/10 stay here again. Great spot for a trip to Park City.

Wonderful home in an ideal location if you’re looking for easy access to both mountain activity and access to town. The home is well appointed, great hot tub on the back deck, and walking distance to both the nightlife on Main St. and the lift to the Park City Mountain Resort….and Deer Valley is only a 10 min drive. Perfect spot for a ski weekend with friends!

This house is perfectly located in a charming neighborhood in Park City, just a few minutes from the buzz of Main Street but in a quiet setting overlooking the town. You can relax in the hot tub and check out the views, or watch TV on the very comfy couch inside. Great kitchen for cooking and hosting dinner, and plenty of bedrooms for people to use. Great space, and the communication with the hosts was fantastic!

Amazing location
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It’s close to the main Park City Mountain Resort base and even closer to the Old Town lift. Just a 5 to 10 min walk to many great restaurants and stores. The house had everything we needed in terms of cooking, sleeping etc. Our only significant complaint was the water heater…it definitely was not up to the task for a family of six. Anything more than one shower at a time quickly left us with cold showers. The kitchen could use a spruce up, but it gets the job done.

Wonderful Park City stay
We have traveled to Park City for the past 5 years, and this is by far the best rental we have stayed in. The location can't be beat, basically ski in and ski out. Great location to walk to town. Loved the amenities such as coffee, hot chocolate, laundry detergent. Great hot tub. We can't wait to stay here again.

Great location to enjoy skiing and old town Park City
This house is centrally located right in the heart of old twin park city. It is 13 houses away from the ski trail to the town lift. So while it is not ski in ski out, it is a relatively short walk. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My only reason for not giving the location a five star is there is construction directly behind the house and also another project across the street in the front. That said, forget hot tub time until after 5pm, otherwise you’ll be enjoying the sound of saws, nail guns, and lumber being moved about. Not anything the owner can do about this, and if you’re out and about this may not be impactful but thought it best to let visitors know so they can plan accordingly

Good stay with the family. Reason for four stars is that listing mentions a sleep sofa and it's just a regular sofa. Maybe that's more of a VRBO listing issue, but just a heads up that there is a sectional sofa but no actual sleeper sofa. So it's two people sleeping together on that.

Host was great to work with, location is terrific, kitchen well outfitted. Living space furniture could be refreshed and internet did not work during our stay, but we were out skiing or shopping all day anyway. Hot tub a nice plus.

This home was perfect for our large family. It was so comfortable, cozy and convenient. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything we needed to cook family dinners. The location was perfect for both skiing and going into town. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Location, location, location
This house was perfect for a group of guys who wanted to be close to the slopes and to the nightlife scene downtown. It may not be one of the brand new McMansions starting to dot the landscape, but its location is fantastic, everything worked as advertised, and the owner was very responsive to any communication. He even proactively asked if we’d like extra time on departure day in case we wanted to get in a few extra runs or grab some lunch before leaving town. My friends and I were 100% satisfied with the value we received for our money, and we would not hesitate to book again. Tim Morgan

This cozy ski lodge was in such a great location. We walked 8 houses down the street and were literally able to ski down to the Town Lift. The private outdoor hot tub was a perfect ending to a day on the slopes. The owners went above and beyond by providing shampoo, soap, tp, firewood... for the week so no need to run out for extra provisions & even gave us a bottle of wine. We were 2 families of 4 and had plenty of space for cooking and dining in and were also only a 5 minutes walk away from the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Perfect Location for Skiing
Great location to walk into town! Easy, short walk (less than five minutes) to ski lift. This makes this rental a five star location! Bedrooms were well set up for our group of seven. It was nice to have a large seating area for all of us to sit together and eat and play games. A large, nice tv in the main seating area was great to hang out in and relax after a day of skiing. This area had a large sectional and plenty of chairs for all our guests. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The kitchen is on the smaller size, but it was adequate for making breakfast and lunch. The house is loved and lived in, so do not expect brand new furnishings and appliances, but everything worked well and we were very comfortable. Communication from the owner was thorough and prompt. My questions were answered very quickly. The price point for this rental makes it an excellent rental. I would rent here again.
