***Please keep in mind that all resorts in the Park City area have resort fees, and this resort is no different. There will be a MANDATORY DAILY FEE CHARGED BY THE RESORT AT CHECK-IN (this fee is not included in your reservation) of $40.00 plus 13.55% tax. Long-term stay guests will be given a flat fee of $300 for stays of 8 nights or longer during the off-season, up to 30 nights, and $650 for stays of 15 nights or longer during ski season, up to 30 nights. IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

Great Location!!
This unit is exactly as pictured! It’s perfect for a couple/small family (the sofa in the living room pulls out). The ski valet is in the main building (across from this unit) & the Sunrise chairlift is there as well, so minimal walking distance to hit the slopes!! The hot tub/pool is also right outside of the building which is nice after a long day of skiing. I agree with the other reviewers that it would be a nice touch if robes were available for walking to the hot tub or just to relax in. Overall, the unit was clean upon arrival and the property manager was quick to assist us with our one request (a crockpot). We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Cozy, Quiet and Private Location Getaway.
This property was very accommodating. The location of the room itself was toward the very end of the hall giving it added distance from noise from other guest's rooms and egress/ingress foot traffic from entrance to the building. Nice natural gas heated fireplace and a private bedroom patio. The bedroom was a bit on the small side but the Kingsize bed (which was quite comfortable) was an acceptable trade off, not to mention with very spacious bathroom. The accommodations provided plenty of warm blankets and lots of pillows...definitely a plus! All in all, the property was well equipped and very cozy. All supplies and room essentials were readily available and sufficiently supplied. However, if I was to be allowed one caveat, it would be that property management/owner do not provide guest robes...so make plans on packing your own robe. Other than that, our stay at this location was a very enjoyable experience and to be highly recommended.
