'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!'

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...

'I booked this hotel not realizing I had stayed here years ago. The staff is amazing, cant say enough great things about them. Love the extras like the happy hours. Room was clean, hotel could use some tlc but overall was nice. Close to all the places we wanted to go and the free parking was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.'

'If you’re just staying here to see a couple of baseball games, it’s fine. The restaurant is actually charming with good food, but the hotel staff takes away from the experience. Most of them could have cared less that we were there. The rooms are a little underwhelming for a Tribute Hotel. '

'Rooms were large very new, clean & quiet. Location was perfect. We were visiting our daughter who goes to wash U. Very walkable location! Will go back '

'Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there.'

'Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. Housekeeping was minimal, and we had to...

'Blackout curtains didn’t meet fully in the middle so it made for an early morning. This was the only note I have for the property that isn’t positive. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming and so helpful! Lovely clean room that was well appointed'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'
