'Absolutely amazing'

'The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...

'My husband & I were very impressed with the hostess Ms. Henrietta Taylor she made us feel at home with her hospitality. She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri to all family & friends! 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍!'

'Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. 'I booked this hotel not realizing I had stayed here years ago. The staff is amazing, cant say enough great things about them. Love the extras like the happy hours. Room was clean, hotel could use some tlc but overall was nice. Close to all the places we wanted to go and the free parking was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.'

'Loved the look of the building and where it was located but the one thing I didn't like was there was no stairs. Everyone had to use the elevator.'

'Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!'

'Great location to attend Enterprise Event Center. Incredible art deco architecture and decor in grand lobby. Valet parking made it very easy to enjoy our stay while attending our show just a short 10 minute walk away. Double bed room with courtyard view was a hit with my young niece'

'Holes in the wall peeling paint. Permanent Merle scribbles all over the mirror. Tv doesn’t work. Asked for late check out at noon and staff was pouring on my door threatening to come in at 11. Furniture falling apart. Property smelled of cigars and smoke. Disgusting and filthy. Chunks of food on the floor in my “clean” room. Don’t stay here.'

'Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there.'
