'The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. 'Arrived to an overcrowded lobby, with no luggage carts, and one broken elevator. Asked the front desk to send up wine glasses, they agreed and never did. Shower was full of scum, tiles were stained, one of the soap dispensers was ripped off the wall, and the shower leaked on the floor. We ordered food in, and nobody was at the desk to give it to us when I went down. In the morning, something exploded outside at 7am, and then there was a bunch of yelling. The cops showed up later to deal with it....

'Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. '

'Our room was small, but clean. We were right by the elevator shaft and it was incredibly noisy at all hours. For some reason at 1:36am someone felt that was a good time to do some sort of work in the elevator and there was what sounded like hammering for about 30 mins on and off that was annoying. Luckily, it didn’t wake our baby. The TV also didn’t work for several hours due to some cable issues, but I can’t say that was the hotels fault. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is great....
