'I had a great stay. Decided to drive to Washington for Mt. Rainier because the weather was so nice and clear. Asked the front desk if I could leave a day earlier and they were very cooperative. Don’t know her name, but very nice lady at the frontdesk. '

'Our stay was perfect. But, we had immense difficulties with the reservation provider that is on the hotel's website. It is apparently a third party provider that then places your reservation with another provider. They did not fully disclose their fee or that the reservation was not refundable and was prepaid. When I tried to contact them, their email account was not responsive. When I called, I was in a loop that kept wanting to send me a confirmation. I reached out to the hotel general manager...

'Property was clean, located along what appeared to be the main strip in white salmon with lots of amenities nearby. Only complaints would be that the portable A/C unit in our room was quite loud, but I’d prefer that to no air conditioning at all. Very easy recommend, hope to come back again!'
