'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, in a great area with A LOT of restaurants and coffee shops walking distance. Nice, clean and spacious room. They have parking available though is a very safe area, so parking on the street is no problem. Great full breakfast included (several options on the menu) - We will be staying here next time! '

'Very friendly and hospitable staff with excellent attention to detail. No elevator for this two floor hotel but both security and hotel staffed assisted with our luggage to and from the room during both check in and check out process. Breakfast was delicious and parking was always reserved for us. Rooms were cleaned upon request and beds were comfortable. AC was strong and Smart TV has cable. Finally hotel restaurant closes at 11 PM with many restaurant choices close to the hotel. We traveled...
