'Set in a beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic, it is a lovely place. Not too far from Sintra or Lisbon, it still feels quite removed. The room was very nice, and the bed very comfortable. Connecting to WiFi was a challenge, and unworkable from our room. Taxi service was also a challenge. But overall, we enjoyed our brief stay. '

Even though it was close to the historical center and to quinta da Regaleira, it was pretty quiet in the evening. 'Amazing- room was fantastic with a nice little patio in the back over overseeing the ocean. Could not be nicer. Place to take walks in both directions. Room was very clean. Maria greeted us upon our arrival and was fantastic throughout our visit. Breakfast was amazing. Never had better scrambled eggs in my life. The manager also made two dinner reservations for us at very nice restaurants. Private parking, gated and safe. '

'Antonio and Maria were always prompt to answer any questions. Great recommendation on the local restaurant Lagarica...YUM! The property we stayed in was spacious and clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. The home is about a 10 min Uber from downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with a couple small stores to grab groceries if you just want to hang out and chill. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.'

"Heel mooie en comfortabele kamer en badkamer. Mooi groot en goed bed. Erg mooie inrichting in de stijl van het huis. Excellent ontbijt. Bij aankomst werd ons echter niet gemeld dat de ingang zich naast huisnr 15 bevindt (niet 23 zoals aangegeven) en dat daar ook plek is om de bagage uit te laden.Het was erg druk, dus konden de auto pas ong. 1 km verder parkeren waarna we al onze bagage het hele eind bergop moesten slepen. Werd om 2:30 u wakker wegens luchtgebrek ( ik slaap met apneutoestel). Bleek dat de electriciteit was uitgevallen. Dus geen licht, verwarming, warm water etc. Echt jammer want de kamer en ontbijt zijn zeker 5 sterren waard."
