'This building is in terrible condition and poorly equipped. There is a rickety spiral wood staircase up to the second floor with a loose tread ready to fall off. Super dangerous particularly when none of the young staff at hand asked if we needed help with our luggage. The room itself had heavily textured stucco walls making it impossible to clean them. Mold and grime were everywhere, and the windows overlooking the street were blurry to say the least. And to top it off the room was crazy...

'Bel emplacement'

'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'

'Staff was very polite and very attentive.'

'Everything was good except the water pressure on top floor. The shower was a little disappointing. Besides that everything was great, the location, friendly staff.'

'Solo carece de estacionamiento propio.'
