'Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!'

'This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! 'My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. This was easily the best stay we have ever experienced. The cleanliness was top tier, never once did the towels, bed sheets, shower, floors etc feel gross/questionable. The rooms are beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a nice stay. 'I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room had roaches, which made it feel dirty and completely unacceptable. I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. 'The biggest issue — the sheets were incredibly pilly polyester. I can confidently say these were the worst sheets I have ever slept on and made me feel itchy and ick. I went downstairs and was able to get a new set of sheets that didn’t have the fabric disease but I ended up putting the sheets on myself since it was later at night. The location and beach are fabulous. The place seems a little overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would have been immensely happy paying 150-200.'

We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'
