'What a sweet spot! Beautiful scenery and place to stay. Very clean and lots of cozy details from super soft floor mats to extra hot tub towels. We stayed one nightand got cinnamon rolls which were good. Dale was very responsive and helpful. There were hummingbirds buzzing, wildflowers, quiet cool mountain air. I left feeling refreshed! Look in the brown book for check out details (we failed to do so and Dale was gratuitous when we told her as we left that we didn’t see check out information.)'

'The communication with the host was very good and efficient. We booked last minute for a quick getaway. He was quick to respond and helpful with questions. The pool & hot tubs were very nice! We were there during the last minute rush for summer so the town itself was very busy. However, the space was as advertised.'

'Mountain places normally don’t have AC, but they usually rely on ventilation with opening doors and windows, but in July it was very warm this year and the place would not cool down until about 12:30 am or 1am for decent normal sleep temperature. So it was frustrating to do vacation things when you didn’t have as much sleep as you could have. I would ask the owner of this space to have a portable AC unit to help out these instances. I get it, there’s only two months out of the year where it’s...

'5 minute walk to free bus - 5 minutes to transportation center across from the covered bridge. Very LITTLE freeway road noise. Room I stayed in was a "lockout" which was kind of like a hotel room "locked out" via double door from the main condo. direct hall access. '

'The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. '

'Had a great stay at Ian's place. You can't get more convenient to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but didn't need to drive anywhere for restaurants, shops, or access to the lake, which was a good thing since we were there on a weekend in the middle of summer and parking was at a premium. The unit itself was clean and well appointed and we made use of the washer and dryer after the previous few days of hiking in RMNP. It met all our needs...

'Great place - completely updated. Location isn’t really walking distance to Dillon Amphitheater or Dillon restaurants because it is straight up a steep hill for a 30 minute walk. For the price, it should have been comparable to the Dillon properties on the lake so I wouldn’t pay for that place out if the way and down valley without the views.'

'This property was a wonderful place for my wife and I to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary! The layout was great, and the hot tub was wonderful! The communication with the host was outstanding! We even had great interaction with the person who cleans the apartment, and the apartment is very well cared for.The location of the house and apartment is in a nice housing development in Breckenridge. Being from hot and humid Kansas, Breckenridge is a great place to enjoy some cooler weather in...

'We had the worst experience so far in renting a place with this property. Not cleaned, smelled muggy, the tub water was clogged and after requesting a fix it stayed the same. We couldn’t take a shower, that’s how nasty it was. '
