'Overall this place is fantastic. It's super cute and clean. It was the perfect walking distance to the fair and an easy walk to downtown for coffee/lunch/dinner. The owner was very responsive. This property actually has two units that share a wall. (Heads up that the pictures on the listing are of both units.)
