'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'We booked this for our last 2 nights in Portugal before a long flight home. It was the most comfortable bed, linens, and AC we had on our entire trip (6 other very nice hotels). Loved the balcony, although they could add some cushions to the rattan chairs. We felt very pampered. '

'Loved it! A bit dark inside the actual hotel but the room was perfect for a girls trip. We did the family suite with two bedrooms. The suite was super spacious. We loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of everything but a quick walk to coffee etc. '

The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!'
