'The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation.'

'The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. We arrived four hours before check-in. I asked the desk clerk if it would be possible to check in early. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first. There are shopping centers, multiple fast food and other restaurants, and drugstores several blocks away. I would recommend driving. The property is approximately...

'It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself'

'Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center.'

'The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited.'

'For the most part, the property was clean and easy check-in and was able to get in earlier than the check-in time. The only problem was that the bathtub was clogged and if they cleaned it, they would have known, so they just closed it with the topper and it was dosgusting when trying to take a shower because it would fill up.'

'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

'My stay was great. My room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a renovated room according to the hotel staff. The staff at the Poets restaurant on the first floor were excellent - friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. The parking garage across the street was very convenient.'

'We were only there overnight. I used to stay here very often years ago so I was so shocked to find out about the $15 per night parking that they now charge! One of the main reasons why I stopped staying downtown...so what is the parking fee for? Also, I found about it while reading a sign that was posted on the elevator. The lady that checked me in, made no mention and could've got car towed!!! Also, the shuttle driver SPEEDS through the parking lot, so be aware! Not sure about breakfast...
