Then when we got to the room the shower or water pressure is so weak that it only bribbles. J called the reception about it but was not concerned as it somewhat normal in this hotel to have a low water pressure. '

Only issue was the bathroom/shower set up which was a little uncomfortable. The shower head only had little water coming out so the pressure wasn’t enough to wash your hair appropriately. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates.
