'Hotel waar je goed kunt overnachten, de faciliteiten zijn echter beperkt. Het restaurant en de lunge/bar zijn slechts geopend in het weekend. Vervelend als je je reis zo plant dat je voor je gaat slapen nog even een hapje kunt eten en niet meer op pad hoeft.'

'Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. 'Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. 'The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.'

'I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

'The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange.
