No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in. Trying to communicate via phone. I left a message that we would not...

'The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.'

'Great location, safe area Walmart 5 minutes walking distance, many restaurants close by, house pretty clean, clean bathrooms, main highway within 2 miles, we enjoyed our stay. No problems with air-condition and hot water, no plumbing problems. Furniture needs improvement, no cable TV. Plenty of linens, all kitchen appliances worked well. Enough kitchen supplies for basic cooking. Good place for longer stays.'
