awesome new hotel with giant pool and friendly staff. you do need a scooter, 100k per day, to get around Uluwatu. only thing that could make this hotel better if they would make it an adults only hotel.

Awesome hotel
We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We had a awesome time! Great service, superb breakfast, and everyone is very kind. The food in the restaurant is delicious too. Infortunately we were disappointed about the many ants in our room, especially in the bathroom.

Amazing!
Just fantastic!! The hotel is so new and luxurious with a very good vibe. The breakfast is unbelievable good and diner at the italian restaurant is crazy (better then we ever tasted in Italy). You can also walk to a hidden beach from the hotel, very nice with sunset! The best experience in Bali we have and will defenitly come back.

The property is stunning with beautiful gardens, the staff are exceptional. The pool is really big and the perfect depth to relax. There is a bar or club close to the hotel which you can hear the music. Turndowns weren’t done every night. Kids above us jumping and screaming at all times of the day made the stay unpleasant.

This hotel is ultimate luxury. The room is huge and very luxurious and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, lots of options to lay around, order some lunch and you could spend all day not even leaving the hotel here. Finally, the staff are very kind and welcoming. This is my new favourite hotel and I hope to be back soon. Thanks for making our stay so lovely.

Breakfast was not as good as I had hoped for Radisson property. Access thru the back gate should be later than 7pm or have a security guard to let people in after 7pm to until 9pm, as this was a inconvenience and danger to have to walk the path that is unpaved/unsealed with no lighting along side the hotel or have to go all the way round to the front driveway a long walk back to hotel lobby.

When you pay 5* prices you expect a 5* experience, which Radisson Blu Uluwatu unfortunately failed to provide. When we checked in, we dropped our bags prior to check in and returned a few hours later to find them still chilling in the heat of the hotel lobby. The room closets had smudges on them from previous guests and stains on furniture. When we requested thinner pillows to sleep on, the staff didn't understand what we were talking about and said they only come in one (very large) size. Staff seemed very inexperienced and got flustered at the most basic requests. Significant language barrier, even with reception staff. Restaurants that provided room service were both very expensive for tiny portions and below average taste. Hotel provide 4 x 300ml bottles of water per room per day, which means you have to keep ringing reception to have more dropped off. The positives were monkeys that we got to see on our balcony but overall there are better alternatives for the money.

청결한 편이었고 방이 크고 좋았어요. 프론트 직원들은 친절했는데 레스토랑 직원들은 보통 정도 였고, 밤에 아이스버킷 가져다달라고 2번이나 말했는데 안갔다줬어요. 서비스가 좋았다 나빴다 사바사랄까요. 수영장 작고 전반적으로 깨끗했으나 발리에 좋은 호텔이 워낙 많은지라 아쉬운 점이 있네요. 담에 온다면 가격적 메리트가 크지 않은 이상 재방문은 안할 것 같아요.

Loved our stay, staff were so helpful and friendly, great breakfast (loved that we could request to order hashbrowns and eggs to taste etc) we did not book a sea view room however we had such a nice room with a sea view and pool view so think we was upgraded which is amazing! We also had a small bottle of red wine and a cake with “enjoy your stay” decorated on the plate waiting for us which was so nice! Great location with some really nice restaurants/cafes nearby. (Ours was a favourite for us) However as it is 5* I do feel like the pool facilities (sun loungers and pool towels) could be upgraded as they were just basic metal ones, that were not cushioned and the towels were starting to show their wear Also I have usually received a glass of champagne on arrival at previous 5* resorts with the option of a glass of bubbly at breakfast too which we didn’t have but that is not a dealbreaker at all, just for comparison compared to previous experiences at 5*, Maybe as it’s not an adults only resort? Also hotel prices for food and drink were weirdly priced with some items being extremely overpriced , £7 for a single corona!!! (but around £8 for cocktails) We were also allowed to use the spa facilities after we had checked out to shower/freshen up before going for dinner and then again to prepare for our flight! (I did my hair and makeup in there as there was plug sockets by the mirrors) Overall we really enjoyed our stay at raddison blu and would definitely recommend

Beautiful, clean and secluded property. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff is so friendly. Our deluxe room was very nice with a large bathroom and spacious bedroom area. Large pool area. Food was delicious at both restaurants. Breakfast buffet had tons of options. Beware of monkeys around the property. Do not leave your belongings unattended. Live DJ and bars were great :)
