'It seemed a very nice villa on top of the hills with a view. We were happy when we first arrived, though after 20 mins the electricity shut off, for 2,5 hours, in dark with kids, the team did respond real fast and the tech came by to fix the emergency light that didn’t work. Positives: - The view is very nice - the grounds are greener than on the pics - the house is quite large and rooms have good bathrooms, but villa 8 second bedroom is separate, weird! - the furnishing is nice wood, well...

'There are multiple rooms available to sleep in. All have sheets and other linens and towels for shower and beach. I do reccomens when you get there to turn the AC on and let it run for a while, go and explore. It took an entire day for the downstairs to be cool enough to sleep. The upstairs smaller room seems to cool down the fastest. There are small dogs that roam over from next door. Some bark and some are very friendly, so just a heads up if you're not an animal person. 'Am besten nicht über Expedia buchen, da der Inhaber die Unterkunft hier nicht selber angeboten hat. Der Inhaber war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns trotzdem übernachten lassen. Auch die anderen (Langzeit-) Bewohner waren super freundlich und offen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und sauber. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 20 Minuten. '

'Great stay! The management team is exceptional! The house is pretty new and clean. Neighbor houses in the development are pretty close but most of the time we had little or no noise from neighbors. Strongly suggest 4x4 vehicle as the 15 minute drive up from the highway is steep and rough( typical for CR mountain houses). Daily macaw and toucan views from the house and frequent howler monkeys nearby. Definitely would return. Good value for the price. '
