'The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs.'

'Everything is good except the so call "firm" pillows on bed are still too soft for us, giving us a pain in the neck after waking up in the mornings. Excellent services provided at check in, breakfast lounge and room cleaning. Appreciate the effort.'

'Fabulous stay at Capri by Fraser JB. The rooms were huge and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep. Made good use of the kitchen cabinet to eat in my room. What really stood out for me was the very friendly and professional staff from check in and check out by the team at the reception, to housekeeping taking care of my room and amenity requests and keeping the rooms in tip top condition. Another fantastic return stay and I would definitely be back to stay again....

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Beautiful view of the harbour with sunrise view. Wish the window was bigger. Convenient walk to nearby eateries. Nice swimming pool, though the water could still be more clear. Picturesque view of the sunrise at the swimming pool. Room has new paint smell. Cot had gaps but they exchanged it for a better cot that was nice and baby slept well. Delicious spacious food. Convenient access to lift. Nice lobby, friendly staff. Water bottles only limited to two a day. Few people staying there and some...
