'The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.'

'Pinnacle Tower is a condominium located near KSL in JB, so be aware that this is not your usual hotel check-in. We informed the owner on the day itself via call, as well as once more once we're near the property. Owner was gracious and understanding enough to wait for us even at 12am in the morning, as we entered JB at night and were delayed. 'One would need a transport to go around from this property. It is a condominium that is very near the City Square but one is unable to walk there due to the Customs building. The room was clean, though there are some spots which need more cleaning. It was strange that the plates, bowls, forks, spoons and cups are all laid out on the table.
