'Room was big and complementary breakfast were a nice touch. Staff were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. However bathroom were run down and not well maintained at all. Room had a mouldy and pungent odor.'

'This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom'

However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'The breakfast was not included in our package. We paid extra to have the breakfast. But it was a surprisingly good meal. Not much variety but food are tasty.. and they actually have fresh fruit juice. Not bad '

'ベッド周りもシャワールームやトイレも清潔できれいでした。シャワーの水圧も温度調整も問題ありませんでした。食事も美味しいしお酒も飲めるBARもあるので、ホテル時間を満喫しました。ホテルの通りにお店もあるので、立地は良いです。JBセントラルまで徒歩23分。バス停まで4分でバスに乗れば15分くらいで到着しますが、3階駐車場から裏に出れば徒歩6分くらいでセントラルまで行けます！かなり近道！'

'Entering the Room, was hit by whiff of moldy musky smell. Once.Air conditioning was on it wad confirmed it came from there. Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained. Room Service was mediocre too, food arrived not quite warm enough. '
