'Seacliffe Inn in Leamington is a gem. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and situated with a view to the beach area. The person at the Front desk was friendly and helpful. I gave it 5 stars because it deserves it, but there are a couple of things I would like to bring up for further review. The room would have been much more enjoyable with a couch, rather than bar stools. The on-site dining experience is far too expensive for the beach atmosphere. I would have liked to try it, but the...

'This comfortable B&B was perfect. The hospitality was above and beyond, as were the delicious breakfasts cooked for us. I would definitely recommend it if staying in the Leamington area.'

'Its no frills...i liked that it was clean and convenient for a night or two stay. The little decorative garden area was nice and well kept. Newer tv's with plenty of channels, i was comfortable and peaceful. Ok on the price. Would have been nice to offer a coffee and small sweets for a comlimentary,just a suggestion'

'Had a good night's rest after a long day on the bike. Very quiet at night. A bit of a walk to town for food. Sidewalk stops short a few hundred metres of reaching the property, so gotta walk on gravel shoulder , but doable. Rooms were a throwback to late 70s, but appeared to be clean. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Everything worked. Staff very friendly. Would stay there again.'
