'When we arrived expecting to stay in an annex as per the image on Expedia, we were instead in a room in the main house. We took this up with the proprietor who agreed to cancel with no cost. We took this at face value and stayed elsewhere. On checking our bank account on 24 Sept we saw that we had been charged. We called the property but were told we need to take this up with Expedia. Very disappointed.'

'Lovely spacious room overlooking the garden, very pleasant staff and excellent food. Parking was easy even though there was a wedding and we were able to use the EV charger overnight at a very reasonable cost.'

'Warm welcome from Rob and Sherrie, lovely chilled atmosphere. Room was lovely, had all you could want. Bed comfortable, slept well.
Breakfast was delicious, sausage and bacon was truly tasty. Access via track, very deep holes in a couple of places, but this wouldn’t stop us and would recommend, great location for Welsh Botanic Garden. '

'Very clean, nicely presented. Everything we needed including washer for messy children. Lots of space, good that there is shower room upstairs and bathroom downstairs, as a family of five.
Location was excellent for family celebration, also so convenient for supermarkets.
