'Clean place'

'Who knew there is no elevator here and that all your luggage has to be carried up and down multiple flights of stairs to get to your room. It was a nightmare. I didn’t ask for a handicapped room on the first floor but you should. Add in renovation work and we had to walk the whole length of the building multiple times… and negotiate those steps multiple times whenever we went to our room. My luggage fell down a flight of steps on the process and several things broke. And o was totally...

'Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. '

'Staff treated us Royally. Met Giovanni at check in, gave me a list places great fining options (we chose Duke’s on the River). He, Ray and third helper worked us through key issues (key card kept by phone demagnetized it). Ray plucked my daughter’s earring from the bottom of the pool. Really nice welcoming attitude overall.'

I stayed here during my graduation celebration, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a congratulatory card and a thoughtful hamper, which made the experience even more special. 'Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, wonderful view from bedroom window'

'Nothing bad or negative to say. My husband and I had a wonderful 4 day stay and enjoyed our time here. Clean rooms and halls, decent breakfasts. Very accommodating staff. Thankyou '

'When I first arrived, they told me my booking was cancelled, so they couldn't find it. Eventually, they found it. The room was nice, one night we needed blankets there were all out. Had issues with the heating as it took a while to come through the vents. Had to call maintenance a few times. For the price we paid breakfast should have been included. Overall its close to the bus terminals and the local bus stop is outside the hotel. Overall it was okay depending on what your needs are.'
