Dit appartement op de tweede verdieping biedt alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw strandvakantie in Florida. De ruime plattegrond is perfect voor een week weg van huis met ruimte voor elk gezinslid. De slaapkamer, met een zeer stevige koning Sutherland Alto matras set, heeft een eigen ligbad, tv en dvd-speler. Op maat gemaakte stapelbedden in de gang met hun eigen flatscreen-tv's zijn perfect voor kinderen en er is ruimte voor 2 personen op de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Een tweede complete badkamer en een eigen wasmachine en droger maken dit een geweldige eenheid voor elk gezin van 6. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en er is een eigen balkon met tafel en stoelen voor een ontspannend uitzicht in de wind. Strandstoelen (1 set van 2 stoelen en parasol) zijn inbegrepen bij elke dag van uw verblijf van 1 maart tot 31 oktober. GRATIS draadloos internet en aantrekkelijk uitzicht op de Costa Smeralda. Will be back!

This is our second year at Pelican Isle but first year in this condo. Everything is updated and very nice looking compared to some of the other condos. Overall we were very happy with our stay and plan on booking this condo again next year. Our only complaint is that some of the dishes (the skillets) were very visibly dirty. It looked like the previous guest cooked with them & then just put them away without washing.

Great property location, quiet beach compared to other parts of the panhandle we’ve been to. Checkin and checkout process seamless. Beach chair service being include was huge pro. Only concerns were appliances weren’t very clean and couch needs an update.

Beautiful condo

The pictures don’t do justice. I absolutely loved the condo and all of the decor. It fit two adults and four kids (14,12,7,5) perfectly with no sleeping issues. I would most definitely use this condo again. Some of the perks: -second floor room with a great view of the beach while still being able to see the pool. -close to the stair case that leads right to the parking lot (does also have an elevator but is a longer walk) -the grill area and the deck walk to the beach is right out the stair case as well which made it very easy for us. -room includes board games and blue ray player (you can rent movies in the main foyer which we didn’t even see until check out) -the provide carts for luggage and groceries which is very helpful The disadvantages I came across: -the main bed was very hard and our shoulders and back killed us when we got up. -they say they supply tp but make sure to bring your own along with ANY cleaning supplies. -when I was cleaning for check out I found a lot of trash in areas that hadn’t been cleaned before my stay so it made me question the truly cleanliness of the rest of the condo -we couldn’t get the wifi to work the whole time we were there - the dresser drawers will not stay closed if your life depended on it. It was very aggravating to us. -the door to the condo also needs to be physically pushed closed as it wouldn’t lock in without the extra pressure.

Great condo on the beach

Loved the location of this condo unit. It sits very close to the beach. No extremely long walk to the beach like at other condos in the area. This unit is located next to the stairs, so in just a few seconds you can be out on the sand. Decor is cute, and it’s just the right size for a family of four. It’s great to have two full bathrooms. I was very impressed with the staff members we encountered. During this strange time of a pandemic, they took the guests health and safety serious. I was happy to see when they had to work on the outdoor shower the employees were wearing masks and distancing from guest. Also, after leaving a phone at the outdoor shower area, it was turned in and the security office held it for us. We really enjoyed our time at Pelican Isle!

Nice place, recently remodeled and painted. Perfect for what we were looking for. 2nd floor is actually 3rd since the parking is the bottom. Great to see over dunes and close to bridge over dunes. Great spot for small families. Also, was able to do take-out 3 times (young children + covid times) and never leave Santa Rosa Blvd. Will be back.
