'We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again'

'Had a fantastic stay at The Slate. Staff are excellent and very handy having the restaurant and bar downstairs after a long day travelling. Note that rooms are on first floor up a staircase, no lift. Well appointed and cosy room with modern bathroom amenities. Would definitely stay again.'

'Our stay at The Marine Hotel was lovely. The room was lovey with a view of the castle and then of the ocean to our right. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfy and there was always great coffee available from Dee in the cafe downstairs. Will definitely be coming back for another adventure and would recommend.'

'The lodge was in a nice secluded position with its own parking. It was comfortable with modern specs, decor, a comfortable sitting area and bed with plenty of room for a travel cot. Within walking distance to the lovely restaurant. Had a lovely stay with my hubby, thank you.'

'Exceptionally friendly welcome and service from Hazel and the team. The room was beautiful, charming and full of character. The SMEG kettle and teapot were a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, although it’s a pity that the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings any more. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable and we won’t hesitate to return. '

'The amenities for a small property is amazing. The bar downstairs is convenient with a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms are bright and comfortable. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area. It is 5 minutes to the pier and restaurants and other bars. I totally recommend this place. And will definitely stay here again. '
