Overall, i thought the hotel is good. A number of things to watch out for: 1. There were government taxes which i had to pay at check-in. Decent location, mediocre service
Airconditioning turns on and off every 10 minutes. Room phone not working so you have to go to the lobby to complain. Complained with the receptionist, says the maintenance crew will attend to my room, does not come at all. Took a 3 bed room, came with only 2 sets of pillows. Complained about this, same case, housekeeping did not come either. Thankfully only stayed one night. Staff not equipped to handle high occupancy rate. Only saving grace for the hotel is it's location and convenience. Everything else is below average.

The room is not like the picture showing. The pillow is smelly. When i step into the room, a very bad smells in the room. The water tap is leaking.

Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out. When we came back at night, it was not fixed yet. I had to request again at the front desk. Finally a guy came and fixed it just in a few minutes. I requested to change the beddings for the kid on the third day's morning via putting the changing card on the bed. In the evening when we were back, we found that the beddings were still the same one as before, with the same dirt.

The room was spacious and clean. Staffs were quick and friendly. Right next to Megamall. Parking was easy. No complaints. Everything was okay. Highly recommended!

Slow check in and took so long queue. Room not ready almost 4 oclock. Had to waste time waiting @ lobby. Breakfast was so so and not worth it. Check out also had to queue for about 15-20minutes.

Disgusting room
The room is spacious but it is very very dirty with bad smell. I suspect the house keeper didn't change the bed sheet as I found some hairs and boogers on the bed, the bed and carpet also have bad smell. It is very disgusting to stay in this hotel. I will never come back again.

Took too much time for check in while there have 2 groups of the guests at that time. Maybe they need to update the system. The breakfast is not bad but it's good if can improve in term of more selection of foods.

Not a 3/4 star rated hotel
though I have checked-in very late, the hotel didn't accommodate to my request of a late check-out time. I paid the full price for a exec suite because my booking for a superior room (with king bed) has been given away to another guest. The room I got (#320) had a mildew odor - no wonder the hotel kept the air-conditioning turned on (was super cold when I entered the room) - gave me a slight eerie feeling. Was too tired to make a fuss about it. The reviews mentioned superb, delicious breakfast BUT it was to my surprise that the breakfast is what you get from a motel - wish the hotel mngt could look into it. Only eggs (sunny side up) & coffee were good.

Not bad
A family trip. This hotel is very near to PLUS highway, and next to a mall, so quite convenient. However, there isn't much choice for good food nearby. Need to drive a bit further away.
