'Very Nice stay!!'

'Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working...

'Hi, The building has been renovated and is comfortable. However, I noticed that the staircase leading to the second floor was quite dirty. When I entered the apartment, there was dust everywhere, especially on the pictures and the lamps. I opened the dishwasher and it smelled bad and was dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. I also opened the oven, and it was dirty and clearly needed to be sanitized. The toilet seat lid needs to be repaired, and the blanket stored in the closet had...

'Zeer fijne accomodatie om te verblijven. Als we weer naar Madrid komen verblijven we zeker weer hier. We hadden een zeer ruime suite met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een woongedeelte met keuken. Echt een hele fijne ruime en vooral schone plek om te verblijven met alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de airco was ook heel fijn in deze hitte. '

'The place was okay, clean but outdated. The bathroom was good and updated. The biggest downside for me is the location. It’s in a somewhat poor neighborhood where you see lots of dogs poops all over the sidewalks as well trash in the street. '

'The apartment was smaller than expected but it was big enough and we didn’t spend a lot time inside. It was clean and tidy. The sofa bed and bed were very comfortable. The complex had everything you needed , with a nice pool and was not too far from the marina or other attractions.'
