'Beautiful condo, great layout with plenty of room, and clean. Balcony was lovely with amazing view, we even saw dolphins a few mornings! We also loved having the tennis court/pickleball court across the hall. It was fun being able to walk to the Flora Bama, and a close/easy drive to lots of restaurants. We had warm weather and mostly used the beach, but the pools looked very nice. Great host/service. We had an issue with the refrigerator not staying cold, but maintenance brought a replacement...

'Unfortunately, our stay at this condo was not very pleasant. The unit had a strong moldy, musty odor and that along with a couple of bugs made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. These issues raised real concerns about cleanliness and health standards. It’s disappointing because the location and setup have potential, but the property clearly needs cleaning, pest control, and better overall maintenance.
