'I felt right at home at this gorgeous property! I loved being able to walk to Maria's Seafood market for some incredible seafood. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to downtown and a short drive to the beach. '

'The Blake cottage is perfectly located in downtown Pensacola. You can drive to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, dig your toes in the sand and soak up the sun. Or you can take a walk to Palafox and enjoy all that downtown offers. I took advantage of both and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Blake cottage. '

The only thing I would say is I wished it had curtains on the front door for a little more privacy. 'Only recommendation is that parking for trucks and vans is nonexistent so maybe communicate that. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you.'

'Overall it's a great rental. It is a little small, but very cute and has a great yard. The only downsides are that none of the yard is fenced in, so if you are bringing pets they will need to stay on a leash. Also because the rental is through a third party, I was unable to communicate with anyone until given the rental details that included contact information for the cleaner but you don't get this information until 3 days prior to your reservation date. 'The owner was very good at communicating. It's a cute little place to stay near the beach but also close to downtown so you can enjoy both! It was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. I can't speak for the other rooms but the master bed was very comfortable.
