'We booked this property specifically for its location close to the tiki bar. We loved sitting on the screened in porch every night and people watching/listening. You can also see the whole pool so we could watch our teenage girls from the balcony. The only thing that could make it better would be a ceiling fan. The property was very clean and comfy. Good beds and comfy living room furniture. Something to note: no outside food or drink at the pool so if you’re planning to save money by packing...

'We were very pleased with our stay. The accommodations were more than we were expecting! Very comfortable, clean & quiet. Our communications with the owner were minimal, but answers were immediate & complete. We would absolutely recommend this location for your stay!'

'Not as private as you think due to it being attached to their back patio but still private enough. Didn't get access to wifi until it was time for me to head home due to them not seeing the message on vrbo.Overall stay was wonderful and its in the perfect area especially if you have dogs.We will be back!'

'Amazing stay! Beautiful place!! Super clean, close to everything including beach! Very spacious for 3 plus our puppy. Kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils needed! I still can’t get over how clean and cute this place was! Will definitely be back here next beach trip! '

'The cutest little home in a decent location from the beaches! There are so many great food places and fun attractions nearby! Perfect spot for a couple’s trip or a small family. We really loved the renovations and thought the home was very comfy and peaceful! 10/10 would definitely stay there again! '

'Our hosts were 10/10! Firstly, the pictures of the home doesn’t do justice. It is so much more gorgeous in person. Our hosts were very responsive and went out their way to help provide us a 10/10 experience. They bought us items we forgot at home and even discounted an extra day just out of generosity.'

'We really enjoyed our stay! The place is small but very charming—super clean, cozy, and well taken care of. You can really tell the hosts put thought into the space. The only thing we wish had been different were the check-in and check-out times. A 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out made the stay feel a little hurried. 'The home was very clean, cozy and quaint, however it is next to a very busy highway of which the description states. I contacted the host because I had a question about check-in and couldn't find the key to the laundry room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The host was not very friendly and spoke in an aggravated tone. She told me to check the book for key location for the laundry room however this info was not in the book. My family and I were looking forward to...

'The Blake cottage is perfectly located in downtown Pensacola. You can drive to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, dig your toes in the sand and soak up the sun. Or you can take a walk to Palafox and enjoy all that downtown offers. I took advantage of both and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Blake cottage. '
