We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. 'A beautiful Chateau with beautiful rooms overlooking the vineyard. The people are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed an informative tour with wine tasting, highly recommended even if you are not staying here. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Furthermore, as a guest you can use the facilities in the kitchen and living room all day long or enjoy it outside on the terrace by the vineyard. Discovering the area by bike is great fun. Many good restaurants within cycling distance.'

'Leuke, rustige hotel-restaurant combinatie. Pluspunten zijn zeker de rustige ligging in een zeer groene omgeving, net buiten Brantome, het lekkere eten in het restaurant. Minpunt vonden wijzelf het "sobere" frans ontbijt, waar je nog voor dient bij te betalen.'
