'An excellent property renovated to a very high standard- even a Smeg fridge!!! Perfect location plum in the middle of the old town. An amazing friendly host who collected us from the provided car park and settled us in and speaks excellent English which helped. I strongly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back!!'

'De woning ligt lekker dichtbij het centrum. De netheid (schoonmaak) kon beter, zaten vele spinnenwebben op zichtplekken. Bedden waren schoon en sliepen heerlijk. Ruime kamers, ruim apartement en goede badkamer. Van veel gemakken voorzien en aanwezig. Einge nadeel vonden wij dat het zwembad niet op leefniveau was. Het apartement bevindt zich boven een (fiets)winkel. Daarnaast waren er geen parasols of andere zonwering aanwezig in de tuin.'

'De woning ligt in het centrum van de oude stad op de eerste verdieping. Houd rekening met redelijk wat hoogte verschillen voor je er bent want je kunt niet de auto dichtbij parkeren. Er is wél een gratis parkeerplaats maar zeker 10 minuten lopen door het park. Vooral met zware bagage kan dat lastig zijn. Er is van huisraad van alles net voldoende maar is wel een allegaartje. De vaatwasser heeft maar 1 avond gefunctioneerd en ging toen kapot. Er is wél een monteur bij geweest maar die kon het...

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location ! Le gite est parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, décoré avec goût et équipé de tout le nécessaire (et même plus). Le confort est irréprochable, et chaque détail a été pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi.La situation est idéale : proche de de Sarlat et des sites touristiques, mais au calme, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du séjour. 'This unit is in a great area of Périgueux, just across the river from the centre of the city. I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the market held in that part of town; there are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops near the cathedral; an easy walk to the Intermarché for my supplies; an even easier walk to a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie (try the croissant for sure, the best I have had in a long time). 'Very nice location right on the Main Street. Kitchen was fine, we did not cook and only used the fridge. The stairs were steep and daunting, and could be a challenge if you are not prepared. Have translation app available to communicate with the owner and read the house manual.'

L'appartement parfait, aménagé avec bcp de goût de la vaisselle au plafond ;-) Nous nous y sommes sentis super bien dés notre arrivée..et pour couronner le tout : la terrasse super agréable aussi avec la vue sur les toits de Périgueux de jour comme de nuit. 'The apartment is beautiful and spacious, very well appointed and maintained. It’s located in the old city center with wonderful restaurants, bistros, shops, patisseries all around…and the famous geese sculpture is just outside! Free parking only a few minutes walk. Sarlat is a perfect central location for day trips to nearby Dordogne villages and many prehistoric sites. The local contact was most helpful with check in and other information. We highly recommend this property…5 stars!'
