'It was a nice, clean, tidy apartment space. Welcoming note and instructions on the bed when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to communicate with owners who live above . I'm a non-smoker, and there was a faint but constant smoke smell, which made it hard for me to sleep at night. Otherwise it is a perfectly lovely abode.'

'A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!'

The apartment was very similar to the photos and clean. We only used the one bedroom with the king bed during our stay and it was very comfortable. You could hear the unit upstairs if they were walking around or talking loudly. The curtains were not blackout in the bedroom so it was very light early in the morning.
