Thank you Weng Lam, I trust that your bite was not too extreme and is not still providing you with discomfort. From time to time, our bush-setting does get the best of us with regards to flying insects as well as other surface bugs in and around guest rooms. Staff do there best to monitor and effectively clean all guest rooms prior to arrival, and we do have a dedicated pest control program in place across the entire estate. We will see what more can be done to ensure that this does not happen again.Kind regards
