Kitchen Note: The switch for the stove is on the wall to the right, labeled `cooker.` Parking: Generous parking is available for 4 cars; the garage is locked and unavailable. • AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. • CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.
• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
• DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.
• DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.
